Information on this website

Product descriptions, colours, sizes and application guidance on this website are provided to help you choose suitable material. Natural stone varies in colour, shape and grading between batches, and screen images cannot reproduce stone colour exactly, so the images and descriptions are indicative rather than a specification.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price. We do not publish prices, stock levels, minimum quantities or delivery times on this website.

Quotations and orders

A quotation we send you states the product, quantity, price and freight it covers, and is valid only for the period stated in it. An order becomes binding when we confirm it to you, subject to material remaining available at the time of confirmation.

Where a batch is exhausted or grading has changed, we will tell you and offer the nearest available alternative rather than substituting silently.

Payment

Payment terms — accepted methods, any advance against despatch and the balance timing — are stated on the quotation for your order and confirmed with you before material is loaded. We do not apply charges that were not on the quotation you accepted.

Delivery and risk

Delivery arrangements, freight and unloading responsibilities are described on our shipping and delivery page and are confirmed in your order confirmation. Please check the product, size and quantity on arrival and raise any discrepancy before the vehicle leaves.

Suitability and installation

Guidance on this website about sizes, depths, quantities and installation is general. Site conditions, drainage, loading, foot traffic and structural limits vary, and we are not in a position to assess them remotely. Where a project depends on load-bearing capacity, waterproofing or structural detail, please take advice from your own architect, engineer or contractor.

Quantity calculator results are approximate estimates, not quotations, and should be confirmed with us before ordering.

Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the material we supply and the value of the order concerned. Natural stone varies in colour, shape and size between batches, and we are not responsible for installation work, site preparation or losses arising from how the material is used after delivery.

Intellectual property

The text, images and design of this website belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, where our business is based.
