Crushed angular
Marble Chips for Landscaping and Flooring
Marble chips are crushed rather than water-worn, so the pieces are angular and interlock. That makes them hold their position on slopes and in narrow strips far better than rounded pebbles, and it is why they are the standard choice for terrazzo and cast-in-situ flooring.
In gardens they give a brighter, sharper appearance than pebble, particularly in white. They are less comfortable underfoot, so keep them out of areas where people walk barefoot.
